The “Biggest Job” workshops are derived from the parental guide, The Biggest Job You’ll Ever Have, by Malcolm and Laura Gauld. Malcolm and Laura have been involved with the Hyde Process for more than 25 years and are both Hyde School Graduates. Malcolm and Laura currently tour the United States facilitating these workshops and working with families that are looking for a more significant way to bring character into their lives and the lives of their families.

Copies of this text are available by calling your student’s school coordinator and checking one out or ordering one for purchase. Parents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with this text in order to aid them with understanding and using these priorities in their lives. Parents interested in participating in the facilitation of future “Biggest Job” workshops are encouraged to attend training sessions at specific intervals throughout the school year.
