Hyde Leadership is a public charter school. Public charter schools are publicly funded schools that have been granted a charter exempting them from selected state or local rules and regulations. In return for public funding and autonomoy, the charter school must meet accountability standards. A school charter is reviewed periodically (typically every three to five years) and can be revoked if guidelines are not met.
