Steps for Application: Parents/Guardians who are interested in enrolling their child at Hyde-DC for the 2010/11 School Year are requested to:
1. Register to attend an Admissions Information session. Information Sessions for PreK-Grade 9 are being held Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. throughout March and April 2010. For exact dates, check the Calendar section of our Web site.
2. Click on the Hyde-DC Student Application Packet, print a copy and complete the information requested.
3. Print out the following Enrollment forms and complete the requested information.
4. Gather together the completed Student Application Form, the Enrollment forms listed above, and the following documentation.
a. A copy of your child's final report card for the 2009/10 School Year and the 2008/09 School Year.
b. A copy of most recent DC CAS Test Results
c. A copy of most current DC BAS Test Results
d. A copy of the required documents for Proof of Residency
e. A copy of the latest Immunization Records (click here for DC's New Immunization Requirements).
5. The Admissions Office will advise you of next steps. NOTE: All students must take a mandatory Placement Assessment Exam.
