Steps for Application:

• We still have a few openings for Pre-K through Grade 8 (there is a waiting list for Grades 4 and 9). 
• Print out the New Student Application form, and complete the requested information.
• Bring the completed Enrollment packet and all requested documentation to Hyde Leadership Public Charter School at 101 T St., NE, Washington, DC   20002 prior to August 1.  Required documentation includes:

a.  A copy of your child's final report card.

b. A copy of most recent DC CAS Test Results

c. A copy of most current DC BAS Test Results

d. A copy of a current Individual Education Program (IEP), if you child is a Special Needs Student

e. A copy of the required documents for Proof of Residency

f. A copy of the latest Immunization Records

• Our school building is open 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. on weekdays throughout the month of July.

• The Admissions Office will then schedule your family interview if your student is accepted for enrollment.
